Products & Custom Orders

We specialize in custom home décor and laser-cut designs. Custom items are created based on customer-provided information. Please review all details carefully before placing an order.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, material, or finish may occur.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.
Orders must be paid in full before production or shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 5 days of delivery. Contact us before returning any item.

Order Processing & Shipping

Production and shipping times vary. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, images, and text are the property of Tangled Ivy Designs and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
